The Tridium Solution

The hospital of Massa Carrara had initially requested a system that can continuously monitor 20 refrigerators (refrigerated blood storage cabinets, freezers) for a single site with a solution that had minimal impact, enabled to carry alarms both locally both at the Central Management Services and guaranteed continuity in the future for what concerned the expansion of the system and, at the same time, for technological developments. It was chosen to employ the Niagara ™ framework, because its architecture fully Web Server provides consolidated management platform IP as Java and is open to the most widely used fieldbus and protocols such as ModBus, KNX,MBUS,BACNET and LONWORKS®, which was precisely the one used in this application.

Conclusione

Partendo da un progetto iniziale molto contenuto, Inlon Engineering srl, sfruttando le potenzialità della piattaforma Niagara, è riuscita ad integrare 10 siti diversi (gas medicali, temperature, allarmi) e a riportarli su un unico Supervisor.
