Q. What is the relationship between Tridium Inc and Tridium Europe?
A. Tridium Europe is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tridium Inc which is in turn owned by the Honeywell Group. Tridium Europe Ltd is responsible for all Tridium’s business in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
Q. Where can I find Tridium product data sheets and other technical information?
A. The data sheets for all products sold in the EMEA region are held on this web site (click here). The Tridium Inc web site (www.tridium.com) holds all the data sheets for the products available in the North American region. There is some overlap, but there are differences in the hardware variants, the way the software is configured and the product codes used for purchasing. We recommend that you only view data sheets for the region in which you are based to avoid confusion.
Other technical information such as installations instructions and user guides is held on the Niagara Central web site (www.niagara-central.com). Some of the information is public domain, but user guides and instructions are only accessible to accredited partners and require a log-in ID and password to access.
Q. How do I register for training courses?
A. Tridium Europe provide a full programme of training courses details of which which can be found on the Training page (click here). In order to register for a course you simply request a place on whichever course(s) you wish to attend using the training registration form.
