Tridium offer comprehensive support for all our products, both by providing documentation and a technical support team who answer queries by phone and email. Occasionally, when necessary, our engineers connect to sites remotely to help diagnose problems. Use the SupportUK email address to contact technical support. This section provides easy access to a range of documents which will help you understand Tridium's products and solutions more fully.

We have included some on-line tutorials and videos which you can view to quickly learn more about Niagara and how it can be used in various applications. Also included here are various Case Studies which illustrate how Niagara has been deployed on different types of projects.

Tridium have a separate web site called Niagara Central which is designed to provide a great resource for all the hundreds of companies around the world who are using the Niagara technology. Some of the content is public domain, and open to all, while other sections, intended for use by partners, can be accessed by obtaining a user name and password from us.

As an additional resource for European partners we have included here some Technical Notes which can assist in the use of Niagara and interfacing it with complementary products and systems.
